1. General Information
DAZZ is an online store offering selected bags and fashion items through immediate availability and pre-order options. By using our website, you confirm that you are legally able to place an order and provide accurate information during checkout.
2. Product Information
We aim to display product details, images, prices, colors, sizes, and availability as accurately as possible. Slight differences in color, texture, or appearance may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or product photography.
Product availability may change without prior notice. If an item becomes unavailable after placing an order, we will contact you with the available options.
3. Order Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed only after the required deposit is received. DAZZ reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if the provided information is incorrect, incomplete, or suspicious.
4. Deposit Policy
A deposit of 1,000 EGP is required before shipping or confirming selected orders.
The deposit is non-refundable if the customer cancels, refuses, or does not complete the order within the agreed delivery timeline.
5. Payment
Customers may pay the remaining balance upon delivery. The customer has the right to inspect the product while the courier is present before paying the remaining amount.
Once the courier leaves and the order is received, the order is considered accepted according to our refund and return policy.
6. Delivery
Immediate products are usually delivered within 2–5 days.
Pre-order products usually take 20–30 days, depending on supplier availability, shipping conditions, customs, and external delays.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside DAZZ’s control.
7. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are allowed to check the product while the courier is present. Any issue must be reported immediately before accepting the order.
After accepting the order and the courier leaves, the product is considered received in good condition.
8. Returns and Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted only within 48 hours from receiving the order.
To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original condition, with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and any included items.
Used products, damaged packaging, missing items, or products not in original condition will not be accepted.
9. Pre-Order Terms
Pre-order items are specially arranged based on the customer’s request. Once confirmed, the deposit is non-refundable.
Delivery dates for pre-order items are estimated and may change due to supplier, shipping, or customs delays.
10. Pricing
All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
Confirmed orders will follow the price agreed at the time of order confirmation unless there is a clear technical or pricing error.
11. Website Content
All website content, including images, product descriptions, text, layout, and branding, belongs to DAZZ or its respective owners. It may not be copied, reused, or distributed without permission.
12. Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for providing correct contact details, delivery address, and order information.
DAZZ is not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect information, unavailable customers, or refusal to receive the order.
13. Limitation of Liability
DAZZ is not responsible for indirect losses, delays caused by third parties, shipping issues, customs delays, or circumstances outside our control.
Our responsibility is limited to the value of the purchased product.
14. Changes to Terms
DAZZ may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be effective once published on the website.
Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
