Refund & Return Policy

At DAZZ BAGS, we aim to make every order clear and smooth from confirmation to delivery. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing your order.

Return & Refund Window

Refund or return requests are only accepted within 48 hours from receiving the order.

After 48 hours from delivery, we do not accept any refund or return requests.

Product Condition

To be eligible for a return or refund, the product must be:

  • Unused

  • In its original condition

  • With all original packaging, tags, dust bag, box, and any included accessories

Any product that has been used, damaged, altered, or returned without its full packaging will not be accepted.

Deposit Policy

The 1,000 EGP deposit is non-refundable if the client decides not to proceed with the order after it has been confirmed, as long as the order is delivered or made available within the agreed delivery timeframe.

Immediate Orders

Immediate orders are delivered within 2 to 5 working days from order confirmation.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items are delivered within 20 to 30 working days from order confirmation.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are allowed to check the bag while the courier is present before paying the remaining balance.

Once the product is accepted and the courier leaves, the order is considered received in good condition.

Important Note

Refunds and returns are only accepted according to the conditions mentioned above. DAZZ BAGS reserves the right to reject any return or refund request that does not meet these conditions.
